Our Sales Operations team is at the heart of developing sales processes and procedures for administering, fulfilling and communicating both online and offline orders. A bridge between sales and other operational functions, we use our peerless expertise to evaluate and implement improvements to sales programs and processes – from planning and prioritization to pricing and margin strategies, sales automation, reporting and more. Key Responsibilities

To make business analysis utilizing salesforce.com tool, and provide forecasting and
business analysis data for Japan Go-To-Market leaders including Japan President.
To conduct sales operation functions supporting Japan sales team members
including order management, QA of purchase orders etc.

Key Result Area /Accountability

  • Provideskey sales planning and operational support for the Japan org

  • Creates and customizes KPI, Sales Processes, Order Management.

  • Focuses on delivering a positive customer or partner experience.

  • Drivescriticalsales operations process improvements.

  • Serves as interface for order status and handles order escalation.

  • May serve as primary interfaces with other internal functions, based on BU and/or regional requirements.

  • Contributes toSecureWorksbusiness and functional strategy.

  • Reaches out to support and collaborate with other business functions.

Qualifications

  • Sales Operations, Sales Planning or Sales/Business Analysis experiencepreferablyat an MNCand from IT industry.

  • Possess strong sales operations, analytical skills and business acumen.

  • Good organizational agility and interpersonal skills to work effectively across functions and with management teams.

  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and work effectively in uncertain situations.

  • English ability to communicate with overseas stakeholders

  • Other attributes successful for the role include being results driven, proactive, customer focused and thrive in fast paced business environment.
