Partner Marketing Manager

Key Requirement  8-10 years of experience in marketing and or partner marketing in IT industry.  Preferably in B-to-B marketing  Understanding of the dynamics of the Technology/IT market  Ability to think logically, to articulate and to explain one’s thinking to convince others constructively  Self-starter, inquisitive, able to think critically and out of the box, ability to multi-task and possess passion for the business as well as for self
development  Personable and listens to others well to drive effective communication  Be a good moderator to coordinate between different groups  Japanese/English proficiency (communication via phone, conference calls, emails, document/presentation development both in Japanese and English, etc.)

Job Description  Responsible for channel partner  marketing  Communicate with and understand directions from global/AP channel partner marketing organization  Gather information/data, analyze partner business, understand the situation of and needs of the channel partners   Work closely with the channel partner sales organization, in addition to aligning with the AP channel partner marketing organization, and the marketing
campaign teams to devise GTM strategies/plan to drive leads, pipeline, and
revenue for all products/solutions in Infrastructure Solutions and Client
Solutions Groups  Align and collaborate with the marketing team members to execute on the plan  Track performance/results, analyze results quantitatively as well as qualitatively, identify and define next actions  Manage MDF budget with accuracy.  Leverage vendor funding and sponsorships as much as possible to expand the overall channel marketing budget
