Dell Technologies is seeking for a strong talent to drive CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) and SEO initiatives of our E-Commerce site, “Dell.com” for Japan and India. This is an exciting job to support driving fast-growing business in global environment.
- Lead CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) initiative for Japan and India
- Lead SEO initiative for Japan and India
- Contribute to grow E-Commerce business in alignment with global/local team
- 8+ years of professional business experience
- 3+ years performing SEO in a business or agency
- Understanding of SEO programs and SEO best practices with proven ability to drive new initiatives and deliver results with business impact
- Verbal and written English/Japanese language skills above business level
- Experience in leading initiative to improve conversion rate of E-Commerce site
- Advanced skill to use Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
