Social Media Support Multimedia & Amplifier Korean Designer

The Social Media Support Video Editor & Amplifier is responsible for multimedia production and the amplification of support content for our Korean Social Media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

•     Video Designer:

o    Work closely with a global virtual team of tech and care experts in order to write good quality problem-solving and engaging scripts across a variety of digital Technical and Care Support topics.

o    Ability to edit video recordings to a very high standard. Create and edit motion graphics. 

o    Uploads video into Sprinklr Content Management and determines the optimal time to post it Keeps track of engagement metrics in order to grow community/followers organically.

•     Amplifier:

o    Plans, schedules and publishes post on the main Korean Support Social Media Platforms.

o    Adapts global posts to Korean speaking audiences.

o    Ability to modify/create graphic/video assets in order to localize them in local language

o    Follows his channel performance using reporting and qualitative feedback and tweaks strategy as needed

o    Collaborates with other teams, to ensure consistency when required and to cross-promote each other

Essential Requirements

•     User of video and graphic applications such as: Adobe after Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Audition, Photoshop, Illustrator, others.

•     In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media, especially YouTube, Twitter.

•     Knowledge of branding and SEO

•    Korean proficiency.  Excellent Korean writing skills, perfect spelling, grammar and conjugation.

・ English proficiency. Business English skill is needed to be able to communicate with the internal managers and team members.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Graphic Designer, or related field or proven experience.
