Sales Operations Analyst



  • Retailer向けサービスのお客様対応(主として情報登録支援)や社内システムへの登録により、販売されたサービスの提供を実現する

  • 弊社営業へ実績をレポーティングし、新規アクション立案に貢献し、サービスビジネス拡大に貢献する

  • 顧客や弊社営業からのフィードバックに基づき、レポーティングの変更やAPJやGlobalチームと連携しポータルサイトの修正を実施する

  • テクニカルサポートやRetail BDMと連携してサービス提供のための仕組みを調整する


  • 3年以上の法人顧客向け営業経験又はサービス拡販の経験

  • スピードと柔軟性をもって変化に対応し、データ主義で客観的・論理的思考を備えていること

  • 高いお客様志向を持ち、営業組織の中でチームワークが出来ること

  • 高いレベル(口頭、email 共)での、コミュニケーションスキル、プレゼンテーションスキル、デモンストレーションスキル


  • Excel/PowerPointスキル(関数、効果的なプレゼンテーション資料)、Accessの実務経験
